MISSION

ACF is the culinary leader in offering educational resources, training, apprenticeship and programmatic accreditation designed to enhance professional growth for all current and future chefs and pastry chefs. In addition, ACF operates the most comprehensive certification program for chefs in the United States. On Cape Cod, our chapter seeks to raise the bar for the culinary industry, helping chefs, bartenders, purveyors and restauranteurs advance their careers, improve their skills and advance the business.

ACF Cape Cod events are a chance for Cape Cod's leading culinarians to get together to network, learn, socialize, and, of course, eat! Through out the fall, winter and spring we will be hosing a series of networking events, visits to food purveyors and classes. Members are welcome to attend any event and are welcome to bring along others in the field that may be interested in becoming a part of ACF Cape Cod.
