HCC combines a championship golf course and rarely found grass tennis courts with a newly renovated clubhouse offering upscale casual and formal dining experiences; both indoor and al fresco. We are looking for an executive chef who is an energetic, detail-oriented leader and a visionary thinker; and someone who has a passion for the craft. The club has 400 members and does $2.3M in F&B; operations are busiest from Memorial Day to Labor Day but the club is opened year-round. Candidates must have both a la carte and banquet dining experience.
