Join us at The Sea View in Dennis Port for our April chapter meeting! This event is hosted by Paul McCormock & Grace Knell, owners of the Sea View and The Ebb Tide.
This month's meeting will feature a presentation on gluten free food by the Nantucket Pasta GoddessGluten Free Pasta Co, and a presentation about vegan dining trends from Clover Food Lab.
After the educational portion, enjoy networking, cocktails and a multi-course meal prepared by local chefs, The Sea View's culinary team, and students from the Cape Cod Community College culinary program. Northeast Family Farms and Dole & Bailey are graciously donating proteins including steak and sustainably caught salmon from Verlasso for dinner courses. Be sure to network with your culinary industry peers and more.
